I talked with Holly, Jim Bagnoli\'s assistant. She
said that there is a legal counsel positin available but it is in in
the area of labor/employment. So, she said that they do not have any
positions available. |

I received an e-mail from Joe: Ok. I\'ll take a look.
It seems like you have had fun going through the long maze. One
question though. Under AEP, you wrote that they have an
employment/Labor attorney position open. I think that you meant to
say that they do not have one open. If they do, I\'d like to apply.
I wrote back saying: I\'m sorry that I wasn\'t more clear. There is
a legal position available but it is not in employment and labor.
