Finally got a hold of Kathy; Thomas Rinyis\'
assistant; she referred me to Thomas Angers 212-635-7715. He reports
directly to CEO, Nancy, his assistant referred me to Sue McFarland;
635-7716; Erica is Sue\'s assistant. esilva@bankofny.com. She said
to e-mail resume to her and she will see that Sue gets it. Sue
reports to Thomas Angers. |

Talked to Erica/said Sue leaves for vacation on
Friday/Will be back 8-23-06. Erica asked that I call back around
8/25/06. She said the office has been extremely busy the last 2
weeks and now Sue is trying to finish up a lot of things before she
leaves on Friday. I again explained to her that Sue can pick up the
phone and call Nick--there is no fee. |

Erica and she did not find that Sue had Nick\'s resume in her
folder. I emailed the resume again and she said she would see that
Sue got it this morning. |
